The Role:

Reporting to the MD, this is a newly created role responsible for shaping and executing the company's commercial strategy, including sales, marketing, and business development activities.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement commercial strategies for business growth.
2. Market Analysis: Lead market research to identify new business opportunities from industry trends.
3. Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand into new markets.
4. Customer Support: Provide technical support and guidance throughout project lifecycles.
5. Financial Management: Manage budgets, set financial targets, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
6. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Director or in a similar senior leadership role.
• Ideally from a Mechanical background with strategic planning and implementation skills.
• Experience in setting up and managing CRM systems is preferred.
