Role
As a Telematics Operations Coordinator, your role will focus on two key aspects:
- Inbound and outbound communications:
- Respond to customer inbound communications in line with SLAs across channels such as email, web-chat, social media, and voice.
- Proactively contact customers for device installation/return chase, driver feedback, or intervention, adhering to SLAs.
- Data Validation:
- Perform daily system-driven data validation reports within agreed SLAs.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to data validation, working with internal and external parties as needed.
Core responsibilities include:
- Acting as a point of contact for daily questions from internal and external teams.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of operational processes.
- Providing testing support for projects.
- Maintaining broad knowledge of operational processes and telematic devices.
Key performance indicators:
- Completing daily operational tasks within SLAs.
- Building strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of data, processes, and products.
- Applying analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve issues.
Skills & Experience required:
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and data entry proficiency.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
- Flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in organizing and leading meetings, managing actions, and liaising with internal and external parties.
