As an experienced Chef de Partie, you will work with a team of 6 in the kitchen, preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to high standards. You will familiarize yourself with the menu, ensuring timely preparation and adherence to company standards using provided recipes.
Reporting to senior chefs, you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure in a busy hotel environment. You will also assist in training junior chefs and monitor portion sizes and wastage to maintain profit margins.
