Are you passionate about learning and development and keen to support the professional growth of a broad range of East Sussex County Council employees? We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Consultant to join our Organisational Development and Training Team.
You will be responsible for managing a team of Learning and Development assistants, coordinating training activities, and administering the corporate training budget. Your role will directly contribute to the professional development of our staff, enabling them to perform at their best in delivering vital services to the community. Experience in managing training events and budgets would be an advantage. Please refer to the full job description and person specification for more information.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
We may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
