Are you passionate about learning and development and keen to support the professional growth of East Sussex County Council employees? We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Consultant to join our Organisational Development and Training Team.
Responsibilities:
Your role will directly contribute to staff development, enabling them to deliver vital community services. Experience in managing training events and budgets is advantageous. Please refer to the full job description and person specification for more details.
Work Location and Hours:
The role is based at St. Mary's House, Eastbourne, and requires coverage during the following hours:
Candidate Profile:
We welcome applications for full-time, part-time, or job share arrangements. This is a 1-year fixed-term contract.
