An established industry player is seeking a dedicated HR Advisor for a temporary role focusing on absence management. This position offers a hybrid working model, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a full-time schedule. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-volume employee relations and a solid understanding of employment law. You will manage caseloads, provide training, and support managers with complex cases, ensuring compliance with legislation. The HR Advisor could be based at any of the sites including Brighton (main), Haywards Heath, and Worthing, but must be able to travel to all locations. This is a 6-month temporary ER Advisor role focusing on absence management cases, with a hybrid working pattern of 2 or 3 days on-site. The position is full-time (37.5 hours per week).
Strong experience in high-volume ER, particularly in absence management (handling 15+ cases), and solid knowledge of Employment Law are essential.
