We are seeking an Operations Analyst to support our Customer Growth team, focusing on data collection, analysis, and reporting to optimize business performance. The role offers a starting salary of €2,600 gross per month for Slovakia.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform data analysis across complex sources to support the Customer Success team.
  • Assist in delivering on the Customer Success Platform roadmap.
  • Provide insights and reports to senior leadership.
  • Maintain ongoing customer reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead and coordinate projects within Customer Success Operations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by identifying risks and opportunities to improve net retention.
  • Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, customer insights, or operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Salesforce CRM.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS and business fundamentals is a plus.
  • Problem-solving mindset, curiosity, and adaptability.
  • Experience in eCommerce, site merchandising, marketing, or analytics is preferred.
  • BA/BS degree required.
