A leading company in the HR sector is seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join their Client Services Team. This part-time role involves providing expert HR support to clients, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment law. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum (£20,000 - £21,875 pro rata) depending on experience, plus benefits
Part Time: 25 hours per week (ideally Monday to Friday 12:30 - 5:30 pm, but other part-time hours can be discussed)
Duration: Fixed term maternity cover
Location: UK. Home and/or office based with some flexibility required to attend the Head Office in Kettering, Northants from time to time.
