The individual will work in the field alongside senior technicians, maintaining several commercial office and retail properties primarily in the suburban Boston area. Responsibilities include completing daily work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and engaging in activities such as rough demo, carpentry related to tenant build-outs, light electrical work, plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting, painting, landscaping, and snow removal.
