2. Coordination with Contractors: Assess issues requiring professional attention and effectively communicate detailed descriptions to contractors, guaranteeing swift and effective resolutions.
3. Luxury Upkeep: Install high-end white goods and assemble exquisite furniture, adding a touch of elegance to our luxury properties.
4. Impeccable Maintenance: Maintain pristine cleanliness on-site, including the prompt removal of graffiti, and ensure the safety and proper installation of shelving, curtain rails, and decorative fixtures.
5. Artful Redecorations: Utilize your artistic flair to carry out redecorations as needed, elevating the aesthetic appeal of our properties to the highest standard of luxury.
6. Proactive Monitoring: Keep meticulous logs of reported defects and actions taken, promptly escalate requests for external contractors when necessary, and ensure all tools and equipment are in optimal condition.
7. Safety First: Prioritize safety by adhering to safe working practices, Health and Safety Regulations, and COSHH guidelines, safeguarding both yourself and our esteemed clientele.
8. Security Measures: Ensure the security of our properties by fitting new locks, fixing doors and windows, and promptly addressing any broken glazing to maintain the integrity of our luxury spaces.
9. Technical Proficiency: Conduct regular testing of fire alarm and emergency lighting systems, perform Portable Appliance Testing, and handle minor electrical and plumbing maintenance with finesse and expertise.
10. Utility Management: Conduct regular inspections of utilities supplies, provide accurate meter readings, and undertake battery replacements in essential devices to uphold seamless operations.
11. Continuous Improvement: Commit to ongoing professional development by attending relevant training sessions to enhance your skills and expertise in property maintenance.
