Part Time: 21 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inspect and Repair: Conduct thorough initial inspections of reported faults and execute repairs with precision and expertise, ensuring client satisfaction.
2. Coordination with Contractors: Assess issues requiring professional attention and communicate detailed descriptions to contractors for swift resolution.
3. Luxury Upkeep: Install high-end white goods and assemble exquisite furniture to enhance our luxury properties.
4. Impeccable Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness, remove graffiti promptly, and ensure safety and proper installation of fixtures.
5. Artful Redecorations: Use your artistic skills for redecorations, elevating property aesthetics to luxury standards.
6. Proactive Monitoring: Keep detailed logs of defects and actions, escalate requests when needed, and maintain tools and equipment.
7. Safety First: Follow safety practices, Health and Safety Regulations, and COSHH guidelines.
8. Security Measures: Fit locks, repair doors and windows, and address glazing issues to maintain property security.
9. Technical Proficiency: Test fire alarms, emergency lighting, perform PAT, and handle minor electrical and plumbing tasks.
10. Utility Management: Inspect utilities, record meter readings, and replace batteries as needed.
11. Continuous Improvement: Attend training sessions to enhance maintenance skills.
