We are seeking a Principal, Financial Planning & Analysis, to join our Finance team in London, on a hybrid basis.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the technical approach and delivery of complex financial analytics and reporting across multiple business lines, legal entities, or geographies. Collaborate with stakeholders to meet financial strategy needs.
• Conduct highly complex historical or predictive analyses supporting finance processes, including period close, performance analysis, forecasts, and metrics reporting. Present findings to leadership and stakeholders.
• Determine methodologies and assumptions for short-term and long-range forecasts, reflecting business strategy changes and market conditions.
• Perform advanced trend analysis on financial and operational data. Develop process improvements to enhance team efficiency and service quality.
• Assist in developing annual operational, capital, and strategic plans, providing detailed analysis and presenting insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Relevant work experience, especially in financial planning and analysis, is preferred.
