We are seeking an experienced Group FP&A Manager to join our growing, multi-national organisation on a 12-month contract. Based in London, this role offers the opportunity to influence financial strategy and support key decision-making at the highest level.

The Role

As Group FP&A Manager, you'll lead the Group’s financial planning, forecasting, and analysis efforts, providing critical insights to support executive leadership. This commercially focused role is ideal for someone who enjoys making a tangible impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive financial analysis, including variance, trend, and scenario analysis to identify key business drivers.
• Prepare and present clear, actionable financial reports for senior leadership.
• Provide strategic, data-driven insights to inform business planning and financial decisions.
• Monitor operational costs and suggest value-driven efficiencies.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, offering practical recommendations.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of financial analysts.
• Drive or contribute to ad hoc projects involving modeling, reporting, and process improvement.

About You

• Recognised financial qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA).
• Experience partnering with C-suite executives and investor relations teams.
• Strong FP&A background, preferably with exposure to the insurance sector.
• Highly analytical with strong Excel financial modeling skills, including Power BI.
• Confident communicator, able to translate complex data for non-financial stakeholders.
• Proven leadership skills with a collaborative, hands-on approach.
• Familiar with finance systems; Oracle experience is an advantage.
