ABOUT THE POST

We are seeking expressions of interest in the role of Head of Financial Planning and Analysis.

As Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will:

1. Lead on the provision of financial management information to support strategic and tactical planning and decision-making.
2. Lead on the production of annual and longer-term budgets and forecasts, both revenue and capital, liaising with the Director of Planning and Insight to integrate budgets and forecasts with student number planning.
3. Liaise with the Associate Director of Financial Accounting to produce regular cash flow forecasts integrated with budgets and revenue and capital budgets.
4. Provide timely, sound, and actionable financial analysis of current results and insights on impacts to future performance.
5. Be responsible for leading the development and optimisation of our Finance System, Oracle Fusion. This involves defining and prioritising product features, managing the finance product backlog, and ensuring the solution aligns with our financial operations and ways of working.
