Associate Director | Recruiting Finance Leadership across Consumer & Healthcare

International hospitality business is looking for a strategic and commercially-minded Head of FP&A to join our finance leadership team as a deputy to the CFO. This is a critical role that will drive financial insight, planning, and performance across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the FP&A function, building robust financial models, forecasts, and budgets
• Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to provide actionable insights and challenge decision-making
• Drive business performance through clear analysis of KPIs, revenue streams, cost structures, and margins
• Own and enhance reporting systems, dashboards, and planning tools
• Support strategic initiatives including expansion, M&A, and capital investment planning

Requirements:

• ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified with experience in FP&A or commercial finance, ideally within hospitality, leisure, or retail
• Proven experience leading FP&A teams and business partnering with C-level stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to tell stories through numbers
• Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with BI tools is a plus
• A proactive, hands-on approach and a genuine passion for the hospitality sector
