Context:
The Health, Safety, Quality and Environment team, working within the People team, is responsible for the management of Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental compliance of all work undertaken on the Radio Access Network sites used by Three and BT-EE.
Reporting directly to the Head of Quality Assurance and Operational Excellence, the Document Coordinator will work very closely with the Document Controller as well as the wider business in the development and delivery of MBNL’s Document Management System.
The Document Coordinator will predominantly be working within the external document publication sphere, ensuring that legacy documentation is appropriately handled and made available only as required. The role should provide a point of focus for provision of documentation to external DMS repositories and for internal users to ensure that documentation aligns to their expectations.
