We are delighted to be partnered with our successful, professional, and friendly client as they seek to recruit an additional full-time Customer Service Advisor to join their team at their offices in Haywards Heath. This role is office-based and offers an excellent opportunity within a reputable insurance/financial services company.
Full-time permanent role
Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 (37.5 hours per week, including a 30-minute lunch)
Location: Haywards Heath – modern offices, 10-minute walk from the station. Parking available on-site and nearby free street parking.
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per year, with excellent company benefits, including a pension scheme, employee benefits, social events, and a Christmas party.
This position involves a mix of phone-based customer service and administrative tasks in a busy, friendly office within an expanding organization.
