About the role

The Winnow Business Development team, with nearly 20 sales professionals across global hubs, is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, building partnerships, and expanding Winnow’s market presence. We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to support our growth in EMEA.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential leads within target industries and markets.
  • Engage in outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and campaigns.
  • Qualify inbound leads according to predefined criteria.
  • Build relationships with prospects through regular communication.
  • Schedule product demos and meetings with the sales team.
  • Utilize Zendesk CRM to track activities and update lead statuses.
Requirements
About you
  • Likely degree educated.
  • Some experience as a Sales Development Rep, preferably in SaaS or purpose-driven environments.
  • Track record of exceeding lead targets and sales quotas.
  • Experience with prospecting techniques like cold calling, emailing, and social outreach.
  • Proficiency in English; fluency in French and Spanish required for regional engagement.
