People Advisor – 12 month FTC!
£40K - £45K
Hybrid working – 2-3 days a week

We are partnering with an established advertising agency, who are looking for a People Advisor to join their team on a 12-month FTC. The organization is a matrix structure, supporting both advertising and communications divisions. You will be working with diverse client groups within a company of approximately 1000 employees. This role is part of the People team, reporting to the CPO.

This position is a true generalist role. We seek someone who can immediately contribute by managing ER cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management independently. You will also support managers through training, workshops, and guidance. Additionally, there will be projects focused on engagement and culture, with a preference for candidates with exposure to wellbeing initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in HR within the media or creative sectors, preferably in larger organizations with over 500 employees. We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor eager for their next challenge. Due to team structure, the ability to start promptly is essential.
