Job summary

An established advertising agency is seeking a dynamic People Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract. Job description

People Advisor – 12 month FTC!
£40K - £45K
Hybrid working – 2-3 days a week

We are partnering with an established advertising agency, who are looking for a People Advisor to join their team on a 12 month FTC. A matrix organisation, you will be supporting across 2 sides of the business, advertising and comms, and you will be super comfortable with diverse client groups. The company is around 1000 people and this role sits with the People team, reporting into the CPO.

The role is a true generalist, and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. You will manage ER cases so exposure of handling disciplinaries grievances and performance management on your own is crucial. You will support managers with their journey, delivering training and workshops and offering guidance where needed. There will be projects around engagement and culture so any exposure around wellbeing is beneficial.

We are ideally looking for someone who has previous experience working within the media/creative sector, for a larger company, 500+ headcount. You will be an experienced HR Advisor looking for their next opportunity. Due to the structure of the team, they need someone who can hit the ground running.
