Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, technologies, and customer needs in the ICT industry, specifically in CCTV/firefighting installation (not product sales).
  • Analyze market data and the competitive landscape to identify business opportunities and develop strategic growth plans.
  • Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their challenges and objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing ICT solutions and services that meet client needs and add value.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including ICT solution architects, technical experts, and project managers, to develop tailored solutions.
  • Track performance against targets, KPIs, and report regularly on progress.
  • Provide updates and insights to senior management on project pipelines, market trends, and the competitive landscape.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in ICT business development with a successful track record of achieving targets and increasing revenue.
  • Deep knowledge of ICT services and solutions.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
