Location: Rochester Airport, Kent
Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 per annum
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 37 hours

We are Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex (KSS), dedicated to saving lives. Our team is composed of skilled, sector-leading experts committed to delivering the best outcomes for our patients. Last year, we responded to over 3,000 incidents, demonstrating our tireless dedication.

Our headquarters and base are located at Rochester Airport, with aircraft hangar facilities at Redhill Aerodrome, allowing us to reach any part of Kent, Surrey, or Sussex within 30 minutes.

We value our supporters immensely and are seeking a passionate Supporter Retention & Loyalty Manager to enhance supporter relationships, ensuring they feel valued and engaged. You will design multi-channel supporter journeys, oversee customer service functions, and utilize insights to improve retention and commitment.

With a focus on innovation, stewardship, and continuous improvement, you will lead a team, collaborate across departments, and champion supporter voices to increase satisfaction and loyalty, delivering exceptional donor experiences.
