Role and Responsibilities
Join our Business Aviation Training Centres in Burgess Hill (West Sussex) or Vienna, Austria as Regional Human Resources Manager where you will contribute to shaping a positive employee culture, developing and implementing the regional HR strategy aligned with business goals, and building and maintaining a strong local and regional employer brand.

This role will provide HR leadership and strategic partnership to the Vice President EMEAA, Business Aviation, and Helicopter Aviation Training and their teams. It will also align with the regional HR teams and leverage the global HR network to drive the regional strategy and support the global HR organization. You will report directly to the Global Director of Human Resources for Business Aviation, Helicopter Aviation, and Maintenance Training.

The position offers hybrid working, based at our Training Centres in Burgess Hill or Vienna, with a full-time, permanent contract. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week, with travel up to 30%.
