Location: UK (London, with occasional travel)

Are you an experienced HR professional with a background in hospitality or fast-paced food service? We’re a dynamic and growing grab and go restaurant group looking for a hands on HR professional to lead and develop our people operations during an exciting phase of expansion.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact. You will start by supporting one of our key brands and, as we grow, step into a wider role overseeing HR across the group. There is significant room for career progression and long-term growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and future expansion
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle with particular focus on onboarding, compliance, and performance
  • Lead recruitment across restaurant and head office functions in collaboration with hiring managers
  • Advise and support managers on HR policies, employee relations, and performance issues
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law and evolving HR best practices
  • Maintain and report on people data including headcount, turnover, and employee feedback
  • Champion a strong and inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives
  • Manage HR systems including Fourth Workforce Management and Fourth Payroll
  • Track timesheets, absences, and holidays to ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate with external HR consultants on specialist matters when required
  • Support day-to-day HR administration and provide occasional assistance to head office functions

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor within the restaurant, QSR, or hospitality sector
  • Solid understanding of UK employment law with practical experience managing high-volume frontline teams
  • Experience managing recruitment and onboarding processes at scale
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable working with HR systems and leading operational improvements (experience with Fourth is a plus)
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset with excellent communication and people skills
  • Eager to grow with the business and step into a group-level leadership role over time
