Business Development Manager - Totally Remote 45 - 50 K + uncapped commission
Covering the South including Slough, Redhill, and Guildford
OTE year 1 10K - 15K, Year 2 30K+
Search Consultancy is recruiting for an outstanding Business Development Manager covering areas in the South including Slough, Redhill, and Guildford.

Do you have a proven history of successfully expanding a customer base and meeting sales targets through a high volume of calls and meetings to ensure success?

Responsibilities:
  1. Proactively make outbound phone calls daily to potential SME/Corporate companies to promote company products and services.
  2. Operate and effectively manage our CRM database with all customer contact and information, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  3. Keep abreast of developments within the markets, provide accurate market information to clients, and share new industry knowledge with colleagues.
  4. Attend client meetings, deliver contract renewals, and build strong relationships with clients.
  5. Research and prepare for prospect meetings to identify their requirements and help close the sale.
The successful candidate will have:
  • Strong B2B sales experience.
  • Strong cold calling experience.
  • Proven track record of sales.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Essential business-to-business field sales experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth through proactive engagement.
  • Ability to generate leads through various channels and cold call prospective customers.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel frequently are also required for this role.
