Role Responsibilities

• Oversee studio operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage schedules, diaries, and logistics to keep projects and people on track.
• Support both creative and client service functions as the go-to person for the team.
• Maintain an inspiring, well-stocked studio environment.
• Coordinate with clients and suppliers for bookings, meetings, and logistics.
• Support the leadership team with admin, events, and internal initiatives.
• Organise socials, celebrations, and team moments to shape studio culture.
• Streamline internal processes to remove bottlenecks.
• Manage budgets for studio expenses.

Candidate Requirements
