You’ll support senior architects and designers while managing day-to-day operations, contributing to high-end residential projects and helping to maintain an organised and inspiring studio environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Organise events, open days, supplier visits and industry shows
• Assist with project budgets, gather quotes, and compile reports and meeting minutes
• Place, track and manage logistics for FF&E orders as required by the senior design team

• Develop and refine designs based on feedback
• Produce layouts, elevations and technical drawings
• Source and specify FF&E to meet project needs and budgets
• Carry out site visits and liaise with contractors to support delivery
• Work closely with the Principal Director and senior team to bring ideas to life

Training & Development
• Coordinate 2 hours of CPD each month for the interiors team (RIBA/BIID-aligned)
• Help document business processes in a comprehensive internal training manual

Marketing & Social Media
• Create and present a monthly social media content plan
• Coordinate project photography to support marketing and portfolio updates

What we’re looking for

• Confident communicator, able to liaise with clients, suppliers and the team
• Proactive and adaptable — comfortable working independently or in a small team
• Practical knowledge of sourcing, procurement, contractor coordination and budgeting

Why join us?
