Join Us as a Planning Studio Manager

Consider the role of Planning Studio Manager, where you'll lead a talented team dedicated to creating beautiful kitchens, wardrobes, and multimedia units. What We Offer

• Start date: June 2025
• Salary: £36,947 per annum, based on skills and experience
• Working hours: 39 hours/week, 5 days including evenings and alternate weekends
• Training: 8-week program with travel to IKEA Leeds; travel costs covered
• Flexibility: We can discuss flexible working arrangements during the interview

Daily Responsibilities

• Ensure store compliance with safety, security, environmental, and legal standards
• Monitor staff costs and optimize staffing levels
• Promote positive customer experiences and build trust
• Collaborate with the main store to ensure local relevance of the Planning & Order point
• Analyze sales performance and develop improvement plans
• Support team development and succession planning
