Job Title: Area Sales Manager (North East)

Due to an internal promotion, we are now looking for a passionate and driven Area Sales Manager to lead growth across the North East.

Your Role at Rollover:

You'll be the face of Rollover/Pilgrim's Europe in North-East area, managing and developing relationships with existing customer portfolio, maximising all opportunities for retention and growth.

Prospecting, qualifying, and closing profitable new business across all customer channels, ensuring full cross functional alignment.

You will execute the sales & marketing strategy across all sectors & customer groups

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Focus on driving sales (Rate of Sale), and ensuring our partners are fully equipped to deliver high-quality hot food-to-go
  • Installation of equipment supported by training in preparation of product along with equipment use & health & safety training, sampling & merchandising advice
  • Own new business pipeline for region. Maintain appropriate levels of new customer leads by researching and cold calling. Ensuring that company leads are followed up in a timely manner.
  • Building and leveraging relationships with key customers & decision makers. Working collaboratively with all internal departments to achieve company objectives.
  • Excellent execution of branding, product & promotional launches as advised by account managers and marketing
  • Ensuring that all reports, training and requests are completed accurately and on time.
  • Manage non ordering / lapsed customers in line with company guidelines

What We're Looking For:

  • Based in or with easy access to the North-East area
  • A proven field sales performer, ideally within foodservice, FMCG or retail
  • A strong communicator and relationship builder
  • Highly self-motivated and organised, able to work independently and to take ownership
  • Ability to analyse data to identify opportunities & risks, with strong negotiation skills and customer-first mindset
  • Works well both individually & as part of a team.
  • Positive ‘can do’ attitude and willing to learn and develop
