Recruitment Customer Service Specialist

Salary: Up to £26,500 per annum

Location: Daventry, Northants

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm

Employment type: Permanent

We are hiring! Our South Midlands Hub in Daventry is expanding, and we are looking to recruit a full-time Recruitment Customer Service Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team.

Responsibilities:
  • Candidate attraction, management, and retention
  • Writing job adverts and posting on job boards & social media
  • Understanding clients' industries, cultures, and requirements to provide excellent service
  • Liaising with clients and candidates daily to fulfill staffing needs
  • Conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews
  • Registering candidates for temporary and permanent roles
  • Performing Right To Work checks and referencing
  • Assisting with payroll duties, including collating hours and managing holiday entitlements
  • Lead generation for the hub
  • Carrying out in-house audits
  • General office administration
Candidate requirements:
  • Full UK driving license and own car
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload efficiently
  • Ability to meet targets and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Mail, Excel, and Word
