Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Concrete & Landscape Products

Area to be covered: Yorkshire & Humberside

Remuneration: £45,000-£48,000 + £16,000 bonus (paid quarterly)

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Concrete & Landscape Products will involve:

• Field sales position selling a high-end quality manufactured range of precast concrete / landscaping products such as: retaining walls, paving, facing brick, beams, blocks, flags, acoustic blocks, and architectural masonry.
• Selling to national & independent civil merchants / builders merchants such as Keyline, Jewson & Burden, as well as stimulating demand and selling directly to housebuilders, contractors, landscapers, and groundworkers.
• Working in a buddy system with a Specification Sales Manager.

The ideal applicant will have experience as an Area Sales Manager – Concrete & Landscape Products with:

• Open in terms of what building products / materials you’ve sold.
• Must have sold to either civil merchants / builders merchants or housebuilders, contractors, landscapers, and groundworkers.

Additional considerations include:

• Would consider someone working within civils / builder merchants.
• Ideally heavyside, but open to others.
• IT literate.
