The role will be based in the Research Delivery Service at Noclor NHS Research Office, hosted by Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. This role involves working across multiple organisations within Noclor Partner Organisations to oversee the work of the Research Delivery Teams, ensuring access to research opportunities for our service users. At least 80% of the role will be spent across Delivery Team bases, with the remainder based remotely.
You should demonstrate a strong understanding of the challenges of research delivery in the NHS, particularly within mental health & dementia services. You should have in-depth knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, the role of the NIHR RDN, and the metrics that successful Research Delivery Teams are expected to meet. Effective communication skills, good organisational skills, flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously are essential.

Previous research assistants have progressed to senior NHS roles, completed PhDs, and DClinPsy training. We collaborate with other Research Delivery Services in London under Noclor, fostering shared learning and creative thinking.
