As the Used Car Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape and execute sales strategies, mentor your team, and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience as a Used Car Sales Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • A track record of achieving sales targets and driving performance.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
  • In-depth knowledge of used car sales processes, market trends, and inventory management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers and foster a customer-centric culture.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A valid UK driving licence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive used car sales growth.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring a diverse and high-quality selection of vehicles.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
