Your Role :
  1. Manage the resources and activities of a team while providing mentorship and leadership to the Personal Lines Product division.
  2. Provide leadership and mentorship, and be accountable for delivering change management within the division.
  3. Advise external stakeholders on change management disciplines.
  4. Lead change practitioners, set overall change and communication strategies, ensure process adherence through governance, and oversee projects.
  5. Partner with organizational leadership and support teams to develop strategic and tactical OCM activities that meet objectives on time and within budget.
  6. Act as Change Manager for multiple complex change efforts, coaching business leaders on plan alignment.
  7. Develop new change management methods and service offerings, establishing thought leadership.
  8. Support staffing and budgeting efforts for change initiatives, aligning resources to project needs.
  9. Use surveys and observations to build reports on change initiatives, including workplace culture, employee engagement, and change sustainability.
Required Experience, Education, and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) plus 10+ years of related experience.
  • At least 2 years leading high-performance teams in a matrix environment.
  • Deep knowledge of Change Management concepts, methods, and applications.
  • Strong communication, business acumen, and project management skills.
  • Experience in training design, development, and delivery for complex projects.
  • Ability to influence and advise leaders at all levels, including executives.
  • Excellent listening skills and adaptability in communication.
  • Strong partnering and influencing skills, with a strategic and systemic thinking approach.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Knowledge in communications, HR, IT project lifecycle, and business process improvement.
  • Experience in an agile, specifically SAFe, environment.

  • 5+ years’ experience in a professional consulting environment.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative, inclusive, and psychologically safe environment.

  • Willingness to travel as needed for meetings and collaborations.
