Your Role :
- Manage the resources and activities of a team, providing mentorship and leadership to the Personal Lines Product division.
- Provide leadership and mentorship while being accountable for delivering change management to the division.
- Advise external stakeholders on change management discipline.
- Lead a team of change practitioners, setting overall change and communication strategies, ensuring process adherence through governance, and overseeing projects.
- Partner with organizational leadership and support teams to develop strategic and tactical organizational change management (OCM) activities.
- Act as Change Manager for multiple significant change initiatives, coaching program and business leaders on plan alignment.
- Lead the development of new change management methods and service offerings, recognized as a thought leader.
- Establish process, structure, and governance frameworks for staffing, budgeting, and resource alignment, supporting business planning.
- Utilize surveys and other inputs to build reports on change initiatives, including workplace culture, employee engagement, and change sustainability.
Required Experience, Education, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) plus at least 10+ years of related experience.
- Minimum of 2 years leading high-performance teams in a matrix environment.
- Deep knowledge of change management concepts, methods, and applications.
- Strong communication, business acumen, and project management skills.
- Experience in designing, developing, and delivering training for complex product and IT projects.
- Ability to influence and advise leaders at all levels, including executives.
- Excellent active listening skills and adaptability in communication styles.
- Strong partnering and influencing skills, with strategic and systemic thinking ability.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Ability to scope work and develop resource plans.
- Extensive knowledge in change deployment areas: communications, HR, IT project lifecycle, and business process improvement.
- Experience in an agile environment, specifically SAFe.
