Your Role :
  1. Manage the resources and activities of a team, providing mentorship and leadership to the Personal Lines Product division.
  2. Provide leadership and mentorship while being accountable for delivering change management to the division.
  3. Advise external stakeholders on change management discipline.
  4. Lead a team of change practitioners, setting overall change and communication strategies, ensuring process adherence through governance, and overseeing projects.
  5. Partner with organizational leadership and support teams to develop strategic and tactical organizational change management (OCM) activities.
  6. Act as Change Manager for multiple significant change initiatives, coaching program and business leaders on plan alignment.
  7. Lead the development of new change management methods and service offerings, recognized as a thought leader.
  8. Establish process, structure, and governance frameworks for staffing, budgeting, and resource alignment, supporting business planning.
  9. Utilize surveys and other inputs to build reports on change initiatives, including workplace culture, employee engagement, and change sustainability.
Required Experience, Education, and Skills
  1. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) plus at least 10+ years of related experience.
  2. Minimum of 2 years leading high-performance teams in a matrix environment.
  3. Deep knowledge of change management concepts, methods, and applications.
  4. Strong communication, business acumen, and project management skills.
  5. Experience in designing, developing, and delivering training for complex product and IT projects.
  6. Ability to influence and advise leaders at all levels, including executives.
  7. Excellent active listening skills and adaptability in communication styles.
  8. Strong partnering and influencing skills, with strategic and systemic thinking ability.
  9. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  10. Ability to scope work and develop resource plans.
  11. Extensive knowledge in change deployment areas: communications, HR, IT project lifecycle, and business process improvement.
  12. Experience in an agile environment, specifically SAFe.
Preferred Qualities
  1. 5+ years’ experience in professional consulting.
  2. Ability to foster a collaborative, inclusive, and psychologically safe environment.
  3. Active participation in shaping company culture through various initiatives.
  4. Ability to translate enterprise strategy to team members.
  5. Willingness to travel as needed for meetings and events.
  6. Dedication to fulfilling business needs, including extra time and support for other teams.
