Your Role :
As a Manager, Product Change Management, you will manage the resources and activities of a team, providing mentorship and leadership to the Personal Lines Product division.
- Provide leadership and mentorship while being accountable for the delivery of change management to the Personal Lines Product Division.
- Offer mentorship and advice to external stakeholders on change management discipline.
- Lead a team of change practitioners, setting overall change and communication strategies, ensuring process adherence through governance, and overseeing projects.
- Partner with organizational leadership, communication, training, and business support teams to develop coordinated strategic and tactical Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities.
- Act as the Change Manager for multiple, sophisticated change efforts, coaching program and business leaders on plan alignment.
- Play a leadership role in developing new change management methods and service offerings; recognized as a thought leader.
- Provide the necessary process, structure, and governance framework to estimate staffing and budget needs, supporting staffing efforts to align resources with programs and projects.
- Leverage surveys, observations, and other inputs to build organization-wide reports on change initiatives, including workplace culture, employee engagement, and change sustainability.
Required Experience, Education, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) plus a minimum of 10+ years of related experience.
- At least 2 years of experience leading high-performance teams in a matrix environment.
- Deep knowledge of Change Management concepts, methods, and applications.
- Strong communication, business acumen, and team/project management skills.
- Experience leading business, product, or IT training design, development, and delivery for sophisticated projects.
- Ability to influence and advise leaders at all levels, including executives.
- Excellent active listening skills and adaptability in communication style.
- Strong partnering and influencing skills, with the ability to think strategically and collaboratively.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Ability to scope work and develop resource plans.
- Extensive knowledge in change deployment areas: communications, HR, IT project lifecycle, and business process improvement.
- Demonstrated experience in an agile, specifically SAFe, environment.
