Your Role :
  1. Manage the resources and activities of a team, providing mentorship and leadership to the Personal Lines Product division.
  2. Provide leadership and mentorship while being accountable for the delivery of change management to the division.
  3. Advise external stakeholders on change management discipline.
  4. Lead a team of change practitioners, setting overall change and communication strategies, ensuring process adherence and governance across the organization.
  5. Partner with organizational leadership, communication, training, and support teams to develop strategic and tactical OCM activities that meet change objectives on time and within budget.
  6. Act as the Change Manager for multiple, sophisticated change efforts, coaching program and business leaders on plan alignment.
  7. Initiate and develop new change management methods and service offerings, establishing thought leadership.
  8. Develop frameworks for staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation for change initiatives, supporting business planning.
  9. Utilize surveys, observations, and inputs to report on change initiatives, including workplace culture, employee engagement, adoption, and sustainability.
Required Experience, Education, and Skills
  1. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) plus a minimum of 10+ years related experience.
  2. At least 2 years leading high-performance teams in a matrix environment.
  3. Deep knowledge of Change Management concepts, methods, and applications.
  4. Strong communication, business acumen, and project management skills.
  5. Experience in designing, developing, and delivering training for sophisticated product and IT projects.
  6. Ability to influence and advise leaders at all levels, including executives.
  7. Excellent active listening skills and adaptability in communication styles.
  8. Strong partnering and influencing skills with strategic thinking ability.
  9. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  10. Ability to scope work and develop resource plans.
  11. Extensive knowledge in change deployment-related functions: communications, HR, IT, and process improvement.
  12. Experience in an agile, specifically SAFe, environment.
