DNA Recruit is working with a world-renowned organiser of marketing-defining business festivals to find a passionate and high-performing Account Manager for one of the largest and most influential events.

This role involves more than account management. It’s about leading the evolution of industry connections and growth—covering sectors from telecoms and financial services to healthcare, government, and startups. You will build partnerships and drive commercial success in a space where technology transforms lives and economies.

Responsibilities include owning client accounts, managing renewals, negotiations, and relationship growth. Serving as the key contact, understanding client goals, and delivering impactful solutions. Identifying new revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-selling sponsorships and digital services. Developing account strategies and forecasts, collaborating with internal teams, leading projects aligned with customer and business outcomes, and attending relevant events to expand your network and market insight.

Ideal candidates will have experience in event sponsorship sales or B2B account management, preferably in tech or media. Strong commercial acumen, contract negotiation skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to build long-term relationships are essential. Comfortable presenting in virtual, face-to-face, and written formats.
