Job Description:

The Fruition Group is partnering with a global cybersecurity systems integrator to find a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to grow their enterprise customer base in the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with expertise in enterprise cybersecurity. Our client provides advanced security solutions to complex organizations and is expanding its UK sales team.

The Role:

As Enterprise Account Executive, you will identify, engage, and close deals with enterprise clients across the UK, working with solution architects and delivery teams to offer a comprehensive portfolio of cybersecurity services including consulting, systems integration, cloud security, and threat intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business by closing enterprise sales opportunities in the UK.
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs, Heads of Information Security, IT Directors) at FTSE 350 and large enterprises.
  • Understand client environments to tailor cybersecurity solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal, presentation, and negotiation.
  • Collaborate with technical and consulting teams to meet client needs.
  • Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and account plans.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Experience:

  • 5-8+ years in enterprise sales within cybersecurity, IT consulting, or technology services.
  • Proven success in closing high-value B2B deals (£250k+).
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity domains (cloud security, identity and access management, threat detection, managed security services).
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders in large enterprises.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN is a plus.
  • UK residency with flexibility to travel within the UK and Europe.
