Are you our next Airport Operations Planner?

We are looking for someone who can help us redefine what's possible for airfield operations.

What is the role?

Ensure the operation has a daily plan that matches customer throughput requirements with adequate resourcing, adhering to all security practice agreements. Liaise with and influence the Sales and Operations Planning team, scheduling team, and Training teams to meet regulatory obligations through planning of Security Officer teams. Conduct short-, medium-, and long-term planning using knowledge of Customer and Airport Security Planning. Provide operational teams with effective plans to keep CSS measures within limits.

What will you do?

• Create the Customer Security Day plans.
• Use the most up-to-date forecast to align plans accordingly.
• Ensure teams are properly resourced with Scheduling to provide adequate headcount.
• Develop FX requirements three weeks ahead to meet operational needs.
• Coordinate with multiple GAL teams to support airport requirements.
• Communicate plans to operational teams, incorporating their feedback.

Do you have what we're looking for?

• Strong analytical skills with advanced MS Office, especially Excel; experience with Power BI, Python, and Tableau is beneficial.
• Knowledge of time and motion rules in Airport and Customer Security.
• Ability to tailor data for various levels within Security operations.
• Skill in capturing accurate stakeholder requirements.
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in maintaining Security Incentive programs across ASO teams.
• Knowledge to support and influence roster modeling and programs.
