Role Overview

Are you our next Airport Operations Planner? We are seeking a proactive individual to help us redefine possibilities for airfield operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create daily Customer Security plans.
2. Use the latest forecast data to align plans with operational needs.
3. Coordinate with Scheduling to ensure teams are properly resourced.
4. Develop FX requirements three weeks in advance to meet operational demands.
5. Collaborate with various GAL teams to support airport requirements.
6. Communicate plans effectively to operational teams, incorporating their feedback.

Candidate Profile

• Strong analytical skills with advanced MS Office proficiency; experience with Power BI, Python, and Tableau is a plus.
• Knowledge of airport and customer security time and motion rules.
• Ability to interpret data for different security operation levels.
• Effective stakeholder requirement gathering skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in maintaining Security Incentive programs.
• Knowledge to support and influence roster modeling and planning.
