Are you our next Airport Operations Planner?

We are seeking a candidate who can help us redefine what's possible for airfield operations.

Role Overview

Ensure the daily operation plan meets customer throughput requirements with adequate resources, adhering to all security and safety standards. Collaborate with Sales and Operations Planning, scheduling, and training teams to meet regulatory obligations through effective planning of Security Officer teams. Develop short-, medium-, and long-term plans based on customer needs and airport security requirements, ensuring our CSS measures stay within limits.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create daily Customer Security plans.
2. Use the latest forecasts to match operational plans.
3. Ensure teams are properly resourced with scheduling to meet plan requirements.
4. Build FX requirements three weeks in advance to support operational needs.
5. Coordinate with GAL teams to support airport requirements.
6. Communicate plans effectively to operational teams, incorporating their feedback.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with advanced MS Office experience, especially Excel; experience with Power BI, Python, and Tableau is a plus.
• Knowledge of time and motion rules in airport and customer security contexts.
• Ability to tailor data for various security operation levels.
• Proven ability to gather accurate requirements from stakeholders.
• Capacity to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience managing Security Incentive programs.
• Knowledge to support modeling of roster types and programs.
