Are you our next Airport Operations Planner?

We are looking for someone who can help us redefine what’s possible for airfield operation.

What is the role?

Ensure the operation has a daily plan that matches customer throughput requirements with adequate resourcing, adhering to all security and operational agreements. Collaborate with Sales and Operations Planning, scheduling, and training teams to meet regulatory obligations through effective planning of Security Officer teams. Conduct short-, medium-, and long-term planning using knowledge of Customer and Airport Security Planning. Provide operational teams with the right plan to keep CSS measures within limits.

What will you do?

1. Create the Customer Security Day plans.
2. Use the latest forecast to align plans accordingly.
3. Ensure teams are properly resourced through scheduling for optimal staffing.
4. Develop FX requirements three weeks ahead to meet operational needs.
5. Coordinate with multiple GAL teams to support airport requirements.
6. Communicate plans to operational teams, incorporating their feedback.

Do you have what we're looking for?

• Strong analytical skills with advanced MS Office proficiency; experience with Power BI, Python, and Tableau is beneficial.
• Knowledge of time and motion rules in Airport and Customer Security.
• Ability to tailor data to different levels within Security operations.
• Skill in capturing accurate stakeholder requirements.
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience maintaining Security Incentive programs across teams.
• Knowledge to support and influence roster modeling and programs.
