Operations Manager Financial Planning

Are you a natural operator with roots in financial planning and a passion for building the systems that drive growth?

Miller Knight Financial Planning is looking for a dynamic Operations Manager, someone capable of helping to run our business day-to-day, and energised by implementing innovative technology to shape the future of our growing, community and values-led financial planning firm.

You will be the implementer, the engine behind the Managing Director's vision, and a key force in managing our growth. This opportunity also offers potential for your personal development; your future role with us could evolve significantly!

The role

You will take ownership of:

• Business operations, including running and improving processes and collaborating with our existing team to ensure service delivery excellence.
• Technology & systems, leveraging tech to enhance productivity and compliance.
• People management, which will become more significant as we expand.
• Project management, from small initiatives to larger projects that may span several months.

The benefits

Remote working with meetings in Lingfield, Surrey. Benefits include Death in Service, Income Protection, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), 18% pension (6% employee/12% employer), and a Christmas bonus.
