Job description

Are you ready to take the reins of a fast-paced, dynamic eCommerce operation? We’re looking for an exceptional eCommerce Manager to join our team and drive growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction in our online channels.

About us: Buff Browz is the UK's fastest growing Eyebrow & Eyelash professional product supplier. We are currently launching our EU warehouse, adding more retail products, and growing the brand globally.

About the Role: As our eCommerce Manager, you’ll oversee the strategy, execution, and performance of our eCommerce platforms. From optimising user experiences to managing marketing campaigns, you'll be the key driver of our online success. You will report directly to our founder and co-manage a small marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and coordinate digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media, with paid marketing being a key focus area.
  2. Oversee inventory, logistics, and fulfillment processes to ensure timely deliveries within service levels.
  3. Stay updated with the latest eCommerce trends and technologies to keep our platforms competitive.
  4. Website Management: Take ownership of the websites, create and lead trading calendars to achieve targets, manage day-to-day website activities and site merchandising.
  5. Build and own trade plans for each market, partnering with marketing teams to identify promotional cadences, market, consumer, and seasonality priorities.
  6. Campaign Delivery: Plan, brief, and execute global and regional campaigns across the website and marketing channels, collaborating with the global team and agencies for assets and execution.
  7. Operations Oversight: Support delivery of strong trade and marketing plans, online merchandising, and pricing strategies in collaboration with UK and EU warehouses.
  8. User Experience Optimisation: Identify initiatives to enhance usability, design, and functionality, supported by A/B testing and global creative teams.
  9. Paid Media: Manage our paid media agency to optimise growth and acquisition channels.
  10. Analysis & Reporting: Analyze website data to identify opportunities, report on performance metrics, and understand customer behaviour to inform decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience, ideally with a focus on acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify+ is essential; experience with Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
  • A creative problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Proven track record in eCommerce management, ideally outside the UK and US, with multilingual experience.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce platforms; Shopify experience preferred but not essential.
  • Strong commercial and trade experience, understanding key marketing levers for growth.
  • Experience in designing and executing strategies across social, search, and paid media, with proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Detail-oriented, with website operations and online merchandising experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional analytical and data-driven capabilities.

Why Join Us? Be part of a forward-thinking, innovative team. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package (including holiday, pension, hybrid working, and a choice of laptop), along with opportunities for growth and professional development. We promote flexible working arrangements and a supportive workplace culture.
