Our team is passionate about innovation in e-commerce and obsessed with performance. We're now looking for an experienced Marketplace Manager to lead the success of multiple TikTok Shops in our client portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the operational, strategic, and commercial aspects of marketplace growth. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end management of TikTok Shops - from optimising product listings and managing inventory to driving revenue through affiliate networks and data-led performance improvements

Key Responsibilities

TikTok Shop Operations

  • Oversee the daily management of multiple TikTok Shops across various clients.
  • Ensure accurate product listings, seamless order flows, and promotion setup.
  • Manage inventory, pricing, and merchandising to ensure optimal shop performance.
  • Develop and execute tailored TikTok Shop growth strategies for each brand.
  • Analyse performance data, market trends, and platform developments to inform decision-making.
  • Identify new sales opportunities, including product bundling, promotional tactics, and marketplace innovations.

Affiliate Program Management

  • Own and optimise affiliate centre setup and strategy for client shops.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok affiliates, including maintaining strong communication via Lark.
  • Create compelling incentives and activation plans to drive affiliate sales.
  • Build and nurture affiliate communities that align with brand goals.

Performance Tracking & Optimisation

  • Monitor and report on key KPIs such as conversion rate, GMV, AOV, and traffic sources.
  • Leverage data to iterate and improve campaign and shop performance.
  • A/B test offers, content, and shop layouts to improve results over time.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for client shop performance.
  • Provide insights, recommendations, and regular performance updates.
  • Educate clients on TikTok Shop best practices and new platform features.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with content, paid media, and influencer teams to ensure seamless alignment.
  • Collaborate with creators and affiliate partners to drive awareness and sales.
