Main Responsibilities

All dealers should be skilled in executing Blackjack, Roulette, Three Card Poker, and, upon further training, Texas Hold'em Poker and Punto Banco.

• Maintain control of the game during dealing.
• Shuffle cards, spin the wheel, deal cards, calculate and pay winning bets, exchange cash for house chips, and manage losing bets.
• Change chip colours, answer questions, and provide guidance on game rules.
• Provide entertainment and hospitality, contributing to the venue's and company's success through quality customer service.
• Comply with all relevant legislation, including Safer Gaming and Anti-Money Laundering policies, and undertake related training.

Who You Are

• Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude.
• Acknowledge players upon arrival at the tables.
• Remain patient and polite, even during disputes.
• Explain the MetCard loyalty program and encourage its use.
• Follow procedures and rules for dealing games.
• Conduct clear game commentary for colleagues and customers.
• Report persistent problematic customer behaviors to management.
• Monitor customer body language for signs of collusion or misconduct and report suspicions.
• Continuously improve technical skills.
• Complete all mandatory training and participate in meetings and workshops.
• Assist colleagues with coaching when possible.
• Report security concerns and check gaming equipment regularly.
• Report suspicious incidents as per AML training.
• Uphold the company's commitment to safeguarding young and vulnerable persons, aligned with responsible gambling policies.

This role requires working evenings, weekends, and shifts in a 24/7 operation. Dealers will spend significant time on their feet, working directly with the public.

Note: Applicants must be aged 18 or above and have the right to work in the UK.
