Requirements

Constructor has grown over 180% in the last two and a half years with a small recruiting team. We are looking to expand our team with a Technical Recruiter who will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager. The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates, especially for technical roles. This role will focus primarily on our Product team but will also support marketing and customer success teams across North America, APAC, LATAM, and EMEA.

Responsibilities

1. Sourcing and filtering candidates
2. Organizing interviews and debriefs
3. Collaborating with Hiring Managers to understand role criteria
4. Assessing technical capabilities of candidates
5. Building candidate pipelines for future roles
6. Evaluating candidates' potential to succeed in our environment
7. Improving hiring processes and funnels

Requirements

1. Proactive and adaptable attitude
2. Flexible working hours aligned with candidate and process needs
3. Strong retention rates for filled roles
4. Experience hiring for roles like Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Product Marketers, Customer Success Managers, etc., especially in SaaS
5. Proven success in building relationships with hiring managers and candidates
6. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS
7. Excellent communication and organizational skills
8. Comfort managing candidates and managers across different time zones
9. Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
