Our NWY Advisory Services team is recruiting a Senior Commercial Manager to join our well-established team! With offices in Leeds, Manchester, and Liverpool, you can choose your preferred location on a hybrid basis. As a Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the commercial and financial success of major construction and engineering projects. Your focus will be on ensuring financial success by managing internal processes and maintaining external relationships with customers, clients, and multidisciplinary colleagues.

In this role, you will apply your knowledge of contract management to enhance project performance, focusing on insurances, programme, delay damages, key contract dates, and risk management. You will advise clients and colleagues on good commercial management to ensure successful delivery, requiring an understanding of estimates, value engineering, supply chain management, cost analysis, change management, and commercial decision-making. You will participate in project reviews, commercial discussions, and coach staff and multidisciplinary teams to improve their commercial awareness and expertise.
