Our NWY Advisory Services team is recruiting a Senior Commercial Manager to join our well-established team. With offices in Leeds, Manchester, and Liverpool, you can choose your preferred location on a hybrid basis. As a Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the commercial and financial success of major construction and engineering projects. Your focus will be on ensuring financial success by managing internal processes and maintaining external relationships with customers, clients, and multidisciplinary colleagues.

In this role, you will apply your knowledge of contract management to enhance project performance, focusing on insurances, programme, delay damages, key contract dates, and risk management. You will advise clients and colleagues on good commercial management to ensure successful project delivery. This involves understanding estimates, value engineering, supply chain management, valuing work, understanding costs, cost/value analysis, cash flow, change management, and commercial decision-making. You will also participate in project reviews, commercial discussions with clients and suppliers, ensure the execution of action items, and coach staff and multidisciplinary teams to enhance their commercial awareness and expertise.
